Online safety guides for parents & care-givers

Parents and care-givers often provide the first line of defense when it comes to developing healthy skills and practices when it comes to use of digital tools and online spaces.

The challenge is that there are always new tools, and it’s hard to fully understand what you can…and cannot…trust.

This portal from the National Online Safety organization shares their most up to date guides for social media apps and platforms.

You’ll find guidance about many of the popular social networks, as well as some gaming guides.

The portal is a great resource to review for ideas as you begin having discussions with children about these apps, texts, tools, and space.
